The Company is a manufacturing company and provides opportunity at its manufacturing facility at Shahjahanpur primarily to Degree and Diploma Holders in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering and the like. The Company places sole reliance on merit and does not discriminate on extraneous factors like sex, religion etc.

The Company employs suitable candidates through any one of the following channels:

a) Graduate Engineer Trainees – usually once a year in May/June
b) Diploma Engineer Trainees – usually once a year in May/June
c) Lateral entry at various levels as and when needed.

The Company appoints Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) at entry level for which campus interviews are organized, as per requirement, at the Universities and reputed engineering colleges. The GETs are assessed based on their annual performance appraisal and whose performance are excellent are given offer to join the organization.
